Annette and Bent Stiansen have written two recipe books published by Dinamo Publishing.
The first was published in 2002 and is called Stiansen`s Culinary Suitcase
This is a travel cookbook containing travelogues, tips, and recipes from Vietnam, France, Italy, Thailand, and Denmark. The book is full of recipes from the different countries. 30,000 copies have been sold.
In 2004, the book Everyday Stiansen was published. This is a cookbook full of recipes that the Stiansen family have used at home in their private kitchen. The book has been an enormous success and has sold over 50,000 copies.
